If nobody can hear you on Teams, check these in order: Click the mic icon in the meeting toolbar to make sure you're not muted. Click the arrow next to the mic icon and select the correct microphone by name. If Teams says "We can't access your microphone," go to your browser or system settings and allow mic access for Teams. On Windows, check Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone and ensure Microsoft Teams (or your browser) has access. Close other apps that might be holding the mic exclusively (Zoom, Discord, OBS). If you're using a Bluetooth headset, disconnect and reconnect it. As a last resort, leave the meeting, restart Teams, and rejoin.
